Mutia Farida, S.H., M.H. is the Head of the Center for Technical and Leadership Training Development at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. She has held various leadership positions, including Head of the Administration Division at the Ministry’s Regional Offices in West Sulawesi and DKI Jakarta. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Diponegoro University (1990) and Master’s degree in Law (2005).
