H.E. La Viseis is Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Cult and Religion of the Kingdom of Cambodia and a member of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution. He leads the Secretariat drafting the Law on Belief and Religion and oversees the Ministry’s legal reform efforts. He holds a Master’s degree in European Law from the University of Exeter, supported by the Chevening Scholarship.
