Adam Hamzah is the Senior Deputy Director of the Community Relations Engagement Division at the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. A former Infantry Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces from 1978 to 2011, he later served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Head of Emergency Preparedness and Head of Visits & Functions. With an MBA from Monash University, he brings over 45 years of civil service experience in crisis management and strategic planning.
