Dr. Andreas Weissenbäck, MBA is the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at the University College of Teacher Education in Vienna. He earned a Ph.D. in Discourse Analysis and a teaching degree in English and History from the University of Vienna, as well as an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences Vienna. He has been involved in academic development programs in Vietnam, China, Oman, and Azerbaijan. His research focuses on Global English and Transcultural Communication.
