H.E. Prof. Atip Latipulhayat, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D. is the Vice Minister of Primary and Secondary Education of the Republic of Indonesia. He also serves as the Professor of International Law at Universitas Padjadjaran. He earned his LL.M. and Ph.D. from Monash University, Australia. As President of the International Law Association (ILA) Indonesia, he specializes in international, air, and space law, contributing to national legislation and advancing global legal scholarship through teaching, research, and editorial leadership.
