Hannah Smith is the Associate Director of the International Center for Law and Religion Studies, a position she has held since 2023. She previously served as Senior Counsel at Becket Law, where she led major U.S. religious liberty cases, and clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. She has also served as Senior Fellow, National Coordinator, and International Advisory Council member for the Religious Freedom Alliance Council.
