Born in Padang on May 30, 1968. She graduated from the Bachelor of Laws at Andalas University, then continued her Postgraduate Program (S2) Business Law at Niigita University Japan and pursued a Doctorate (S3) Personal and Social Development at the same university. Prior to serving as Director of Human Rights Cooperation, she served as Head of the Legal and Human Rights Services Division of the North Maluku Ministry of Law and Human Rights Office in 2019, Head of the Legal and Human Rights Services Division of the NTB MOLHR Office in 2020, and finally as Head of the Legal and Human Rights Services Division of the West Kalimantan MOLHR Office in 2022.
