Rev. Dr. Henriette T. Hutabarat-Lebang is the President of the World Council of Churches representing Asia. Previously, she was the Chairperson of the Advisory Council of the Fellowship of Churches in Indonesia (PGI) in 2019-2024, where she was the Chairperson in 2014-2019. She is also a member of the National Education Standards Board 2019-2021, and Chairman of the Indonesian Bible Institute 2021-2023. Previously, she was Secretary General of the Christian Conference of Asia, the first woman to lead the organization. She is also a member of the Senior Advisory Board of the USINDO-founded Indonesia-US Council on Religion and Pluralism. She holds a Master of Arts and Doctorate in education from the Presbyterian School of Christian Education, USA.
