Prof. Dr. H. Muhammad Thohir is the Dean of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya (2022–2026), a Full Professor of Islamic Education Management, and a National Assessor at LAMDIK. Actively engaged in PW JQH NU East Java, he is also a prolific author of books and scholarly articles, with international academic experience in Saudi Arabia, Germany, Australia, and Thailand.
