Nobuko Kayashima currently serves as Executive Director of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation. She previously held senior positions at JICA, including Senior Vice President and Director of the JICA Research Institute, and now also serves as Senior Research Advisor at the JICA Ogata Institute. Widely published on education and internationalization, she holds a Ph.D. in International Education Development from Nagoya University, with prior studies at Paris V and UNESCO-IIEP.
