Rusprita Putri Utami, S.E., M.A. is the Head of the Centre for Character Building at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education of the Republic of Indonesia. Formerly a Senior Policy Analyst (2020–2022) and Head of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Centre for Policy Analysis and Synchronisation (2018–2020). A key figure in advancing holistic and inclusive character education, she champions student development rooted in intelligence, virtue, inclusivity, and global awareness.
