Prof. Dr. Hj. Siti Ruhaini Dzuhayatin, M.A. is an Indonesian academic and prominent female figure widely recognized in the fields of gender studies, human rights, and international relations. She serves as the Special Staff to the President of the Republic of Indonesia for International Religious Affairs and previously held the position of Chair of the Executive Committee of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). In addition, Prof. Siti Ruhaini is a lecturer and researcher at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta, with significant contributions to the development of moderate Islamic discourse and gender justice in the Muslim world
