Dr. Brett Scharffs currently serves as the Director of the International Center for Law and Religion Studies, as well as the Professor of Law at the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University. Professor Scharffs has served as a clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and worked as an assistant advocate at the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal in The Hague.
